How we handle your data when you use Glofid.

Last updated: June 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SKOURA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Glofid," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit glofid.com or use our products and services (the "Service"). This page is maintained by Glofid to answer common privacy questions; it is not an independent audit or certification.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. Name, email address, billing details, account credentials, support messages, and any content you submit (for example through forms or newsletter signups).

Information collected automatically. Device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. Payment confirmation data from Stripe and PayPal (we do not receive your full card number) and delivery status from our email provider.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service;
  • To process orders, deliver Digital Products, and provide receipts;
  • To send transactional emails (account, purchases, password resets);
  • To send marketing emails when you opt in — you can unsubscribe any time;
  • To respond to support requests at [email protected];
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract (to deliver purchases and run your account); (b) legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service); (c) consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies); and (d) legal obligation (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers we need to run Glofid:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • PayPal — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. International transfers

Glofid operates from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for the period required to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request earlier deletion as described in Section 8.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, and measure how the Service is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may break some functionality (for example, checkout).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access, and use of reputable processors — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service or by email.
