These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SKOURA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business at 30 Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Glofid," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Glofid website, products, and services (the "Service").
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Digital products and license
All playbooks, sheets, blueprints, templates, and systems sold on Glofid ("Digital Products") are licensed — not sold — to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Digital Products for your personal use or for a single business you own or operate.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or share the files;
- Publish the contents in whole or substantial part in any public forum;
- Use the Digital Products to build a competing product, course, or template library;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
4. Orders, pricing, and payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize the charge of the listed amount, including any applicable taxes, and you agree to the payment provider's terms. We do not store full card details on our servers.
5. Delivery
Digital Products are delivered electronically through your Glofid account library and/or by email immediately after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure you can download and store the files.
6. Refunds
Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for the specific circumstances in which we issue refunds.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and all Digital Products, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SKOURA LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license in Section 3.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service;
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party.
9. Third-party services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Resend). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Glofid does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or other results from using the Digital Products.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKOURA LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GLOFID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKOURA LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
