Refund Policy

We want every customer to purchase with confidence. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our Commitment

At Glofid, we're committed to providing high-quality digital products and an excellent customer experience.

Because all products are delivered digitally and become immediately accessible after purchase, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.

If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase, our support team will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Digital Products

All products sold on Glofid are digital downloads.

Once a purchase has been successfully completed, access is granted immediately through your Library.

Since digital products cannot be physically returned and can be copied after download, all sales are generally considered final unless one of the exceptions below applies or applicable law requires otherwise.

Eligible for a Refund

Customers may qualify for a refund if:

  • They were charged multiple times for the same order.
  • A payment was processed because of a verified technical error.
  • The purchased product is substantially different from its description.
  • The customer cannot access the purchased content due to a technical issue that Glofid cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
  • The same product was accidentally purchased more than once.

Refunds Are Generally Not Available For

  • Change of mind.
  • Purchasing the wrong product.
  • Not reading the product description before purchasing.
  • No longer needing the product.
  • Lack of time to use the product.
  • Device or software incompatibility that is already disclosed on the product page.
  • Personal preference after accessing the product.
  • Requests made after downloading or extensively accessing the purchased content, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Email address used during checkout
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable

Each request is reviewed individually.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our creators and customers, Glofid reserves the right to decline refund requests involving:

  • Repeated refund requests.
  • Chargeback abuse.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Unauthorized account use.
  • Attempts to obtain products without payment.

Accounts found engaging in fraudulent behavior may have their access suspended or permanently revoked.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact our support team.

Most technical and billing issues can be resolved quickly.

If a chargeback is initiated before contacting support, access to purchased products may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is investigated.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes between 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
